Store Policies
Return Policy:
Stock Merchandise will be accepted for exchange or return for in-store credit only within 30 days and must be accompanied by the sales
receipt. Merchandise must be in its original packaging or it will be subject to a re-stocking fee. No Cash or Credit Refunds will be given.
Clearance Items:
Clearance items are sold AS-IS. Rubin's asks that you fully inspect all merchandise before you leave the store. No returns or exchanges are accepted on clearance items.
Rubin's Special Orders:
Rubin's is pleased to accept your special order requests. All clients placing special orders are asked to read, acknowledge, and sign a formal Special Order Agreement. Merchandise will not be ordered until this signed document is returned to your sales professional/designer.
Special Orders are non-cancelable. Your deposit is non-refundable and is forfeited if you elect not to complete your transaction. No
credits will be given. Size limitations are the responsibility of the purchaser. Rubin's asks you to be knowledgeable about passages
[e.g. stairwells, doorways, and elevators], which may cause delivery problems.
Delivery Lead Times are approximations only and are based on industry averages. Rubin's will do our best to expedite your special orders
if possible. You will be advised about any delays of your order. No monetary compensation will be offered for unforeseen delays.
